Demi Tour ( Excerpt from White Sage ) Picture by Daisuke Kodaka

by Kensico

Those who know me well are aware that I've had an infinite love for art photography for quite some times now and that I've been particularly interested in the wet collodion process for a little while, as its poetry never ceases to amaze me a little more every day...
The magic of the internet allowed me to get in touch with an extremely talented Japanese artist & photographer: Daisuke Kodaka. Here is a link to his page:
We therefore decided to remotely associate our respective arts, and after listening to my album White Sage (which is scheduled for release in January), he chose the only French song on the LP, namely Demi Tour, and was inspired to make a visual whose beauty is equaled only by its delicacy ...
Here are the words of Daisuke, when he sent me this beautiful picture, to explain his journey:
"This is the visual picture That Was inspired from your song "Demi Tour"
I imagined a dream of scenery from your song.
And I Was Reminded of the old Oriental fable "Butterfly Dream".
This inspiration was taken on the collodion glass plate. "
Thank you a thousand times to Daisuke for his tremendous talent and inspiration. It is an honor and I am really extremely touched and happy with that exchange.
We are citizens of the world today, so it still remains all this beauty between people which I can only rejoice about ... :)

"This is the visual image that was inspired from your song "Demi Tour"
I imagined a scenery of dream from your song.
And I was reminded of the old Oriental fable "Butterfly Dream".
This inspiration was taken on the collodion glass plate."
